New Consult with Dr. Wendel: $250
New Consult with Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner, Paige: $125
New Consult + Same-Day Treatment with Paige: $200-$250
The consult fee remains on your account as a credit to use toward procedures for up to 3 months (90 days). If you decide not to proceed with treatment within 3 months of your consult or cancel your treatment for any reason, we will retain your consult fee.
Dr. J. J. Wendel Plastic Surgery accepts the following forms of payment: all major debit/credit cards, cash, cashier’s check, Care Credit, and personal checks from established surgery patients only. Note: Care Credit is not accepted for consultation fees, however, it is an acceptable form of payment for services rendered with a minimum purchase of $200. Your name must be on any form of payment. We do not accept photographs of any form of payment, nor do we accept Health Savings Accounts for cosmetic procedures or products.
Please email greetings@drjjwendel.com or call (615) 921-2100 at least 48 hours prior to your appointment if you wish to reschedule or cancel.
If you cancel or reschedule your appointment with less than 48 hours’ notice or do not show up for your appointment, you will be charged a $200 late cancellation or no show fee in order to be rescheduled. If you have been quoted and scheduled for a procedure, the deposit, as outlined in your quote, is considered the late cancellation or no show fee.
