A study conducted by Northwestern Medicine asked women (aged 45-60) to perform various facial exercises 30 minutes a day for 8 weeks. After 8 weeks, participants were asked to perform the same exercises every other day for 12 weeks. Dermatologists assessed the women before, during, and after the study, and they concluded that building muscle helps fill out the face and counteracts wrinkles and sagging skin naturally.
