E-Cigarette Vaping Negatively Impacts Wound Healing

A recent study conducted by Boston Medical Center (BMC) concluded that e-cigarette vaping negatively affects skin wound healing, similar to the damage caused by traditional cigarette smoking. Based on these results, surgeons are recommending that their patients quit smoking, including e-cigarette vaping, several months before plastic surgery.
