Could Botox Help Erase Scars?

Botox is already the utility player for cosmetic procedures, including minimizing wrinkles, easing migraines, lessening underarm sweat, treating overactive bladders, and more. Now, medical experts are using Botox to treat or reduce scars from facial surgeries. In a study of 16 patients who had facial surgery, each had Botox injected into half of individual surgical wounds. The study found “significant improvement in appearance and narrower scars.”
