She hinted at the operation by using the cherry emoji and later spoke to People, confirming that she decided to go under the knife to get breast implants. While she didn’t disclose details like implant size, brand, or surgeon, she mentioned how she chooses to be open about her plastic surgery experiences. Preaching self love, Biles spoke about deciding to have a surgery because she wants it, rather than because someone or society told her she needed it.
