According to the American Society of Plastic Surgeons (ASPS) Trends & Insights Report, 80% of survey participants indicated that more patients are seeking combination procedures.

Survey respondents reported that patients sought out combination procedures to cut down on recovery time and enjoy longer-lasting results. Rather than undergoing surgery and recovery multiple times, more patients are opting to “address multiple areas in as few stages as possible and create a cohesive overall result,” said Dr. Michele Shermak, vice chair of the ASPS Public Education Committee.
