RealSelf recently published a survey, which concluded that 82% of adults plan on making changes to their well-being or appearance in 2019. More than 36% of these adults reported that they plan on undergoing one or more cosmetic treatments within the next 12 months, and over 60% shared that they have undergone a cosmetic procedure in the past. Among those who are considering cosmetic treatment, the majority have determined their motivation to be increased self-esteem.
