This 58 year old woman had breast implant revision for old, ruptured breast implants with bilateral capsular contractures. She had bilateral total capsulectomy with en bloc removal of Baker Grade 4 thickened implant capsules and ruptured subglandular silicone gel implants. She also had a breast lift with conversion to a submuscular breast implant pocket. Her new breast implants are smooth round moderate classic profile silicone gel with a volume of 320 cc each on each side.
