This 37 year old woman had breast implant revision. She was unhappy with tissue thinning, implant rippling and laterally displaced implants caused from postpartum breast involution and the wear-and-tear of heavy saline breast implants on her breast tissue & skin progressively over time. Smooth round saline breast implants were removed and replaced with smooth round high profile silicone memory gel breast implants with a volume of 550 cc each. Lateral capsulorraphy was performed to prevent lateral displacement of her breast implants when laying down.
