In an article published by the American Society of Plastic Surgeons, a study reveals that nasal surgery can relieve obstructed breathing and, as a result, can reduce or eliminate chronic headaches in select patients. 85% of patients who participated in the study reported at least partial improvement in their headaches. Researchers attribute these finding to the way nasal surgery targets ‘contact points’ in the nose and sinuses.
