Jessica Abbott or Paige Hastings will meet with you for your initial consultation at our Green Hills office in Nashville. They will sit down with you and discuss your medical history and weight loss goals. If you have not had lab work done in the past 6 months and have brought it with you, your labs will be drawn. Your Nurse Practitioner will determine your starting dose and answer any questions you may have. If you decide to begin treatment on the day of your consultation, you will be sent home with four syringes of your Semaglutide injections to self-administer weekly. If you have questions about self-injection, our Nurse Practitioners will be happy to walk you through the process. You will come back each month for our Nurse Practitioners to perform a weigh-in, dosage assessment, and receive your next month of medication.
