This 28 year old woman underwent a full elective rhinoplasty. Successful deprojection of a tension nasal tip was the most challenging portion of this rhinoplasty. This allowed for an overall reduction in the size of the nose, reduction of the nasal dorsum and creation of a supratip break. Alar base narrowing was also performed. Photographs are 4 months post-op. Elective chin implant was declined by this patient, but in surgeon's opinion, would have been beneficial to add to and to improve overall facial harmony.
