Lauren was born and raised in Griffin, GA and has been in Nashville since 2011. Her love of music and performing brought her to “Music City” and she has since performed on hundreds of country music stages across the country. Lauren also brings with her over 5 years of customer service experience, as well as a medical aesthetics degree from Aveda Institute Nashville. In her free time she loves to spend time with family and friends, travel, and enjoy time outdoors.
She has a passion for serving and loving others, and is so excited to join the Dr. J. J. Wendel Plastic Surgery Team!
Bailey is originally from Southern Illinois and graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Kentucky with a Bachelors degree in Marketing. With a closet full of cowboy boots, Bailey made her way over to Tennessee in December of 2022 to join us here at Dr. J. J. Wendel Plastic Surgery.
A lover of many things, including lavender lattes, Pilates, boxing, videography, plants and reading…Bailey is always running in the office with a new story and a new hobby!!
She is full of passion and loves to make her co-workers laugh. You will probably see Bailey running around our office with one, maybe two, okay maybe three cameras in hand!!
Jenny Lemons comes to us from Greenville, South Carolina. She has over 15 years of experience in customer service and a passion for helping people. Jenny is excited to be at Dr. J. J. Wendel Plastic Surgery and play a role in helping people look and feel their best. In her free time she loves to be outdoors with her husband, Cooper, creating new recipes, snuggling with her two fur babies, Ellie and Gary, and antique shopping. She is so excited to grow in her career and looks forward to caring for each patient that walks through the door.
Emily has been with Dr. J. J. Wendel Plastic Surgery since 2014. She has been in healthcare for over twelve years and is pursuing a career in nursing. Next to faith and family, she devotes her life to serving and providing care for others. Emily firmly believes that sincerity of the heart is shown through actions more than words.
She loves spending time with her children doing outdoor activities of all types.
Brittany was born and raised in the Nashville area. She has been in customer service for almost 10 years and loves helping others in any way she can. She grew up with a large family, which means everything to her. Brittany and her husband reside in Hendersonville, TN with their daughter, Luna, and fur baby, Percy. Brittany enjoys spending time with her family, going on adventures, and listening to audiobooks on her way to Dr. J. J. Wendel Plastic Surgery.
Meet Amanda Troester. Amanda has been with Dr. J. J. Wendel Plastic Surgery since 2013. She has spent nearly twenty years in healthcare and has been creating, fostering, and empowering healthcare teams for over a decade as a healthcare manager. Her compassionate, empathetic nature lends itself to exceptional service and passionate patient advocacy.
Amanda received her Associates of Arts degree from Kirkwood Community College in 1999. She graduated with honors as a Phi Theta Kappa member and was the recipient of the Crawford Merit Scholarship. She then attended Coe College and the University of Northern Iowa.
Amanda and her husband, Brian, reside in Spring Hill with their two daughters, Emily and Kirsten and puppy, Minnie Pearl (adopted from Russell Rescue). She enjoys spending time with her family, reading, writing, and listening to audiobooks during her commute to and from Dr. J. J. Wendel Plastic Surgery.
Penny Bowman, BSN, RN, CST is a licensed registered nurse and certified surgical technologist. She has 8 years of experience in delivering patient care, with over 4 years as a registered nurse caring for medical-surgical and plastic surgery patients.
As a surgical technologist, Penny had a desire for more patient interaction and knowledge. While working in surgery she received an Associate’s Degree of Nursing from Aquinas College in 2012. After developing a strong passion for nursing she returned to school to advance her knowledge and clinical acumen. She received a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from Austin Peay State University in 2016. She is certified in basic life support (BLS).
Penny, a Nashville native, loves spending time with family and friends. She also enjoys travel, theatrical plays, music events, and caring for others.
Eva is originally from Los Angeles, California but has been living in Nashville since 2006. She received her certification in medical assisting and phlebotomy in 2015. Eva enjoys helping others by overcoming language barriers. She is bilingual in both English and Spanish. Eva loves spending time with her family, friends, and her goldendoodle, Benji! In her free time she enjoys crafting, taking dance classes, and traveling. She is very happy to be a part of the team at Dr. J. J. Wendel Plastic Surgery!
